Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or payments from PayPal.

How secure is your website?
This online store uses HTTPS and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). PayPal & Stripe are the safest ways to pay online, because credit card details are not saved or stored anywhere, and no one has access to your card number.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

Where is our apparel made?
All of our apparel is made and printed inside the US in a sweatshop free environment.

What are the shirts made of?
They are made of cotton, polyester, and/or viscose.
In addition, all vendors are compliant with Fair Trade agreements.

How should I clean my shirts? 
It's recommenced to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them. Some of the shirts may shrink a bit after being washed and dried. To minimize shrinking, you may dry on low heat or hang dry.

What type of printing ink is used on your apparel? 
All of our apparel is printed with eco-friendly water ink.

How long does it take for buyers to receive their merchandise?
On average, your item(s) is produced and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply 1 to 10 days for domestic and 4 to 18 days for international.

Where is my order?
Our products are made to order, which can take up to 3 business days and proceed to be shipped afterwards. Once your order has shipped, you will get an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number to find out the whereabouts. 

Do you allow order modifications or cancellations?
When your order is placed, you have almost 24 hours to contact us here and request order modifications or a cancellation.
If your order has been placed in production then it can no longer be modified or canceled.

What is your return policy?
Because your order is custom made for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit challenges. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style of their purchase.  
Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. For the most part, we do not accept returns due to the buyer's error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

What happens when you receive an item that's returned? 
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We'll immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
